PAYMENT
I accept Credit Cards via Paypal and Google Checkout.
I am not sure how many people prefer sending a Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Personal Check and did not list them as a Payment Option. If this is your preferred method of payment, please email me and I will work with you.
SHIPPING
I ship items in sturdy envelopes by:
US Postal Service First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
Items are shipped every Thursday afternoon after receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Postal Service should take 3 days to reach you. If it takes longer, we can use the delivery confirmation number to track down your package.
The shipping fee only applies to the first item. Any additional items are shipped in the same package for free. Let me know if eCrater doesn’t correctly calculate the shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Please notify me before returning an item. The item must be returned in the same condition and include all original packing materials. Refunds are for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately.
